Part two of another great storyline. The four Legionnaires are still back in Smallville and Legion reservists Lana Lang and Pete Ross are brought into play. GCD says this cover is by Curt Swan with Jack Abel inks. Looks to me like Win Mortimer with Abel inks, especially Mon-El, but Nick Caputo says Swan/Abel and he's usually correct about these things.
