Adventure Comics # 309, June 1963
That may be Superboy on the cover but for the first time the Legion of Super Heroes gets not only the lead spot but the longer story for the first time. Oddly enough, this is one of the lesser-known and lesser-reprinted LSH stories.
I'm going through my old comics and Googleing them on the internet and this page poped up. I have this comic and 13 others. Issue #397 is really groovy when Supergirl picks a new costume from real reader submissions.
