Anther good S&K cover and another good S&K SANDMAN story highlight yet another otherwise dull issue. Nothing bad...but nothing particularly good either. JACK POTTS, seen below, is another new single page filler.
CAPTAIN TOOTSIE on the back cover was a long-running comic strip ad for Tootsie Roll products, ironically created by the folks behind Fawcett's Captain Marvel, Superman's biggest rival.
