Another nice Swan cover but it tops some particularly wooden John Forte art inside. The story's interesting, though, as all of the members of the Legion of Super Outlaws were created by readers. Duplicate Boy, who turns out NOT to be an outlaw, will feature as a background character over the years as Shrinking Violet's boyfriend.
