Adventure Comics # 157, October, 1950
Yes that looks vaguely like an off-model Archie Andrews attempting to douse Veronica and Betty until Superboy stops him...only we all know Archie wouldn't do something like that. Inside--another good Aquaman-less issue with more Frazetta!
