Adventure Comics # 227, August, 1956
Here we have the first appearance of DCs big contest of 1956, heightened here by the fact that the folks on the cover are offering presents--or prizes--to the Boy of Steel.
Stephen, reading "Days of Adventure' has been a highlight of my day, and as a result, I have gone back to reread some of my older comics, including a few early Silver Age Adventures...also makes me realize how underrated George Papp was as an artist! Thanks for keeping this up!
